If your order is in-stock and not on backorder or needing to be special ordered, it will ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. We ship via USPS and provide tracking information once your item has shipped out. We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States and US territories. As of January 2021, we are not shipping internationally as packages are getting lost due to COVID-19. Please check back with us as we hope to be able to ship internationally again soon!
We offer the following shipping options:
- Local Pick-Up (FREE!): Please only choose this shipping option if you are physically coming into our brick and mortar store in Greenville, NC. If you choose this option and are not planning on coming into our store, your item will not ship out and you may be responsible for additional shipping costs. Please contact us ASAP if you have accidentally chosen this option.
- USPS First-Class Standard Shipping (FREE!): Your order can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on your location and you have not purchased insurance so once USPS has scanned we are no longer responsible and you will have to deal with USPS.
- USPS First-Class standard shipping (FREE) with insurance purchased we will happily assist in filling a claim if your item does not arrive or gets lost. If this is not purchased once it has been picked up by USPS we can not help with a claim. Your order can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks.
- USPS Priority Mail ($45): Your order MUST be placed before 12pm and can take anywhere from 3-4 business days depending on your location. *Please contact us if you would like to purchase this shipping option at email@example.com*
- FedEx 2-Day ($85): Your order MUST be placed before 12pm and can take anywhere from 2-3 business days depending on your location. *Please contact us if you would like to purchase this shipping option at firstname.lastname@example.org*

- FULL PRICE online orders are eligible for a return/exchange within 20 days of you receiving your order. If you purchase an item on our website (www.pinkgreenville.com) and it does not work, we credit your original form of payment. If you received any gift with purchases, you must return those gifts with the items you are sending back. Without the GWP's, we will be unable to process your return. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return your order, you must do so at your own expense. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance on your package as we will not be responsible for packages lost in transit. Please include your receipt and/or a note with your contact information. You may ship your return to:
- FULL PRICE purchases made in our brick and mortar location in Greenville, NC are eligible for a store credit/exchange within 20 days of your purchase date. For purchases made in our store, we do not offer refunds to your original form of payment for any reason. Any gifts with purchases given must be returned with your order or we will be unable to process your return.
- ALL AFTER PARTY SALE ORDERS/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR ANY REASON! IN ADDITION, WE CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS AFTER YOUR ONLINE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENTERED THE CORRECT INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, free of any scents or smells, stains, rips, tears, etc. In addition, tags must be attached and in the original packaging.
