Store Policies and Shipping

*Please note that our shipping carriers are experiencing delays up to (and exceeding) 10 days. These delays may impact ground and expedited shipping. Due to these delays, it may take several days to see your package move from 'label created' to 'in transit' status. Rest assured, we are trying our best to get your packages out ASAP! Once your package has left our store and is in the possession of USPS, FedEx, or UPS, we no longer have control over shipping times and suggest checking their website(s) for updates. **SHIPPING UPDATE (4/13/2022)**

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate items on backorder (and the continual change to the ETA), shipping delays, and processing delays. We can't thank you enough for your support of our small business and we are SO grateful for each and every one of you! We are small and locally owned business with only three employees right now (we are very understaffed just like a majority of businesses). We kindly ask that you keep this in mind and know that we are working VERY hard to get every order processed and shipped out, answer phone calls and respond to emails in a quickly matter, help our in-store customers, etc. as soon as possible! Unfortunately, there are some days that we are unable to bring packages to USPS, FedEx, and UPS and have to wait until they come to the store to pick them up (USPS and FedEx usually come everyday, and UPS comes about once or twice a week). If we notice that your package still hasn't gone out and it has been a few days, we make every effort possible to drop it off to the shipper as soon as we are able to. We know how important your orders are and how imperative some of them are to arrive by a certain event/holiday. If you need it by a specific date, PLEASE upgrade your shipping at checkout and let us know of the date of your event in the "Notes" section when checking out! 
Additionally, if you need an item quicker than usual, we highly suggest you pay for upgraded shipping as all orders with "Free Shipping" selected, will ship out via USPS First-Class  (3-10 business days) or USPS Ground Shipping (7-14 business days). Once a package has been picked up from our store, we have no control of shipping times or locating packages other than through the USPS tracking number provided to you once it ships. We are happy to research a package and call USPS but please note that it can take anywhere from 2-7+ business days to get any information. We really appreciate your understanding and your support - it means the world to us and we love spreading the sunshine to your mailbox! If your order is in-stock (meaning it is not backordered, needing to be special ordered,  or is not a pre-order), it will ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. We ship via USPS and provide tracking information once your item has shipped out. We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States and US territories. We have also just resumed shipping Internationally but please be aware of significant international delays.

Returns/Exchanges (for online orders):

We hope you love your recent purchase and we want you to be happy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we do offer the following options: 

  • FULL PRICE ONLINE ORDERS: are eligible for a return/exchange within 20 days of you receiving your order and must be done at your own expense. If you purchase an item on our website (www.pinkgreenville.com) and it does not work, we credit your original form of payment. If you received any gift with purchase(s), you must return those gifts with the items you are sending back (without the GWP's, we will be unable to process your return). We strongly recommend purchasing insurance on your return package as we will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, free of any scents or smells, stains, rips, tears, etc. In addition, tags must be attached and in the original packaging.

For purchases made in our store, we do not offer refunds to your original form of payment for any reason. Any gifts with purchases given must be returned with your order or we will be unable to process your return.
