Returns + Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges (for online orders):

We hope you love your recent purchase and we want you to be happy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we do offer the following options: 

  • FULL PRICE ONLINE ORDERS: are eligible for a return/exchange within 20 days of you receiving your order and must be done at your own expense. If you purchase an item on our website (www.pinkgreenville.com) and it does not work, we credit your original form of payment. If you received any gift with purchase(s), you must return those gifts with the items you are sending back (without the GWP's, we will be unable to process your return). We strongly recommend purchasing insurance on your return package as we will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, free of any scents or smells, stains, rips, tears, etc. In addition, tags must be attached and in the original packaging. 
  • Please include your receipt and/or a note with your contact information. You may ship your return to:

*We are unable to accept any returns past the 20 day deadline. If you ship us your return and it is outside of our return policy, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have it returned to you.*

 

Returns/Exchanges (for in-store purchases):

  • FULL PRICE purchases made in our brick and mortar location in Greenville, NC are eligible for a store credit/exchange within 20 days of your purchase date. For purchases made in our store, we do not offer refunds to your original form of payment for any reason. Any gifts with purchases given must be returned with your order or we will be unable to process your return. 
  • ALL AFTER PARTY SALE ORDERS/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR ANY REASON! IN ADDITION, WE CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS AFTER YOUR ONLINE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENTERED THE CORRECT INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT.

We really appreciate your understanding and patience throughout the return process. As a locally owned and operated business, we simply cannot adhere to a larger return policy as we carry a limited stock.
