Returns + Exchanges
Returns/Exchanges (for online orders):
We will gladly accept returns of FULL PRICE merchandise within 14 days of delivery or purchase date (directly through our website or Greenville, NC Store). Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with the original tags attached. Swimwear and earrings are FINAL SALE. Footwear MUST be in their original condition and be in its original box. The return shipping charge must be prepaid by the buyer unless you request a return prepaid label (which will be deducted from your credit). Returns purchased on our website - www.pinkgreenville.com - will be credited back to the original form of payment, assuming all above criteria is met. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
Please note: When returning orders that include a Gift with Purchase, the Gift with Purchase MUST be returned to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. If the Gift with Purchase item or items are not returned you will be issued a gift card only, your original payment method will not be credited.
Returning a Gift: A store credit will be issued when merchandise is received within 14 days from the date of shipment, and a copy of a gift receipt or name of purchaser must accompany the return.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Lilly Pulitzer reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

- FULL PRICE purchases made in our brick and mortar location in Greenville, NC are eligible for a store credit/exchange within 14 days of your purchase date. For purchases made in our store, we do not offer refunds to your original form of payment for any reason. Any gifts with purchases given must be returned with your order or we will be unable to process your return.
- ALL AFTER PARTY SALE ORDERS/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR ANY REASON! IN ADDITION, WE CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS AFTER YOUR ONLINE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENTERED THE CORRECT INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, free of any scents or smells, stains, rips, tears, etc. In addition, tags must be attached and in the original packaging.
We really appreciate your understanding and patience throughout the return process. As a locally owned and operated business, we simply cannot adhere to a larger return policy as we carry a limited stock.
