What is Lilly’s Splash of Sunshine Sale? Is this the same as the Lilly Sunshine Sale? 

Lilly’s Splash of Sunshine Sale is a smaller (but still very sunny!) version of our Sunshine Sale (formerly known as the After Party Sale). You may notice that there are fewer items on sale this time around, but we’ve loaded our website with as many styles as possible, so you’ll still find some great surprises. These styles are marked down in our store and on our website for one day only....don't miss out! 
How can I shop the sale? 
We are participating in the sale on April 17th! You can shop on our website starting at 12am EST on April 17th or visit us in-store from 1pm-6pm! The sale ends on April 17, 2022 at 11:59pm EST.
Do you take phone orders or have a sale list?
All of our inventory in the sale can be found on our website - www.pinkgreenville.com or by coming into our store! We kindly ask that you refrain from calling our store as we will be busy getting all of your orders out as quick as possible.
What is your return policy?
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Why do you charge shipping?
As a small and locally owned store, we do charge a shipping fee on sale items. However, if you purchase a full price Lilly Pulitzer apparel item, we will refund your shipping charge (please allow 2-4+ weeks to be credited). We thank you in advance for your understanding and for choosing to shop small with us! 
Can I combine my orders and pay only one shipping cost for multiple orders?
Unfortunately once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, exchanged, or returned for any reason! Due to the amount of orders we receive, we cannot combine shipping on multiple orders. Additionally, please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can not change it after the order is placed.
Can I use my loyalty point gift card, a bounceback card, or other discounts during the sale? 
Unfortunately, any loyalty point redemptions, coupons, bounceback cards, and other discounts can NOT be used during the sale. If one is used, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded and your  loyalty point redemption, coupon, bounceback card, and/or other discounts may be voided.

Why was I issued a tracking number a few days ago and my package has not shipped out?
Once your order is placed, our computer automatically generates your shipping label and issues you a tracking number. This does not mean your package has been sent out.
Can I pay for 2-day shipping or expedited shipping?
Due to the high volume of orders, both in our store and online, we are unable to upgrade your shipping.
I placed an order and just got a notification that it is now out of stock. Why did that happen?
Since we are participating in the Sale in-store AND on our website, some items get crossed and get sold in the store before our website is able to adjust the quantity. If this happens, we will let you know as soon possible (please note that we are a small store and it can take up to 2-4+ weeks to receive notification). Due to high order volume, inventory availability is not guaranteed.
Can I pick up my order if I live locally?
Yes! Simply add LOCAL PICK-UP in the notes at checkout and we will refund your shipping fee. Please note that it may still take 2-4+ weeks to process your order and as soon as it is ready, you will receive an email, text or call!
I purchased an item last week that is now on sale, do you honor price adjustments?
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any price adjustments for items purchased prior to the sale. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
