Why shop in our store or on our website - www.pinkgreenville.com?
There is no virtual line! We participate in the APS sale in our store and on our website!
Can I combine shipping and pay only one shipping cost for multiple orders?
Unfortunately once your order is placed, it can not be modified, exchanged, or returned for any reason! Due to the amount of orders we receive, we cannot combine shipping on multiple orders. Make sure your shipping address is correct as we can not change it after the order is placed!
Do we take phone orders?
All of the inventory in the sale can be found on our website - www.pinkgreenville.com. Please shop our website as our phone will not be answered during the sale!
Can I use a military or student discount during the APS sale?
No, military and student discounts are only valid on full price items.
If I order something off your website or in the store, can I return if it doesn't fit?
No, please know your size as After Party Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
I placed an order and just got a notification that it is now out of stock. How did that happen?
Since we are participating in the APS Sale in-store AND on our website, some items get crossed and get sold in the store before our website is able to adjust the quantity. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible! Just because you buy the item, does not mean it is guaranteed. Every year, some people are disappointed that their orders are cancelled or refunded and its good to know going into it,that is not unheard of.
How long will it take for my items to be processed and shipped?
Due to the high volume of customers in our store and on our website, it will take 2-4 weeks to get your packages out. We thank you in advance for your understanding, and promise your package is worth the wait!
Can I pay for 2-day shipping or expedited shipping?
Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to upgrade your shipping. However, we ship via USPS 2-day so once it has left our store, you can expect it to arrive within the next few days!
Why was I issued a tracking number a few days ago and my package has not shipped out?
Once your order is placed, our computer automatically generates your shipping label and issues you a tracking number. This does not mean your package has been sent out.
Can I still purchase full price items during the sale?
If I am local, can I choose Local Pick-Up at checkout?
Yes! We will email you once we have your item packed up and ready to go.
Will you have a Sale List to email out during the APS Sale?
No! All of our items and inventory will be on our website - www.pinkgreenville.com.
Can I earn Loyalty Points on APS purchases?
What will be on sale?
If the item is still on Lilly Pulitzers website now, it will most likely not be on sale at our store. However, we have made a few exceptions and will have other items on sale!

In order to avoid a delay in your package, please choose the correct shipping option at checkout! Local Pick Up is ONLY if you are physically coming in the store in Greenville, North Carolina.*
We are a small, locally owned store with a staff of 5 people during the After Party Sale. Please be kind and understand that we have no control over cancelled or refunded orders. It may be disappointing to miss out, but we are real human beings with real feelings who deserve respect. In the end, its just clothes.
