We are having our After Party Sale starting Monday, August 22nd at 8am and ends Tuesday, August 23rd at 11:59pm. We have some helpful tips on how to get the most out of your After Party Sale shopping.
- We will not accept any phone orders tomorrow. Our website is up to date with the correct prices UNLESS something is being bought at the exact same time as you are adding it to your cart.
- We cannot hold any items without processing your payment.
- We can not do any price adjustments or exchanges. If you are in store, please inspect your item very carefully before checking out.
- Please familiarize yourself with our sale return policy (below).
If you are shopping ONLINE:
- GO AHEAD & CREATE AN ACCOUNT on our website!! Therefore, you can just wake up Monday and log straight on! It limits the checkout time so you have a better chance of getting everything in your cart.
- If you need your package by a certain date, please put the date in your notes at checkout and select the expedited shipping option.
- Please familiarize yourself with our sale return policy (below).
Sale Return Policy
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Lilly Pulitzer stores are unable to accept online returns. Item availability cannot be guaranteed until an order has been pulled and shipped. Because of high volume ordering, your item might not be available. If this is the case, you will be refunded within five business days. **Due to high volume, orders can take up to ten days to ship.** Orders over $200 qualify for free USPS shipping.
Please understand that we have a store front as well as a website. While you are putting items in your cart, they could get crossed during the order process, therefore they might not show as being unavailable. We do our best to pull all online orders from the floor as soon as payment is received.
