Store Policies and Shipping

*WE DO CHARGE A $8- $10 SHIPPING FEE DURING THE SUNSHINE SALE AND ON SALE ITEMS!*

If your order is in-stock (meaning it is not backordered, needing to be special ordered,  or is not a pre-order), it will ship within 1-10+ business days unless otherwise noted. We ship via USPS and provide tracking information once your item has shipped out. We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States and US territories. We have also just resumed shipping Internationally but please be aware of significant international delays.

Please note that the below info is the worst case scenario, and we usually ship our orders much faster than the time frames below.

  • This is for customers who are physically coming into our brick and mortar store in Greenville, NC.
  • Once your package is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email/text. During SALE times we will turn this option off but if you are local and want to pick up in our store simply leave a note on your order and we will refund your shipping charge and have your order ready for pickup. 

USPS FREE Shipping

  • Does NOT include insurance
  • Can take up to or exceeding 10+ business days to process (prior to shipping). 
  • Once picked up, please allow up to 5+ business days for tracking information to show movement/progress. 

 

FREE

  • Please allow 1-10+ business days for us to process your order  (prior to shipping). We will do our best to process as quickly as we can but please allow up to 10+ business days. 
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be delivered, once shipped. Additional transit time make occur due to high demand. 
  • Once picked up, please allow up to 5+ business days for tracking information to show movement/progress. 
  • This option DOES NOT come with insurance and we are no longer responsible for your package once it has been scanned and is in possession of the shipping company. If lost during transit, you will be responsible for filing a claim with USPS.
  • Sale orders do not ship out the same day as placed. We primarily ship orders Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 6pm on Thursday, might be shipped out Friday or the following Monday. This time frame may be extended during sales, shipping freezes via corporate, etc.

Note: P.O. Box Addresses & Military APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, & US Virgin Islands: these orders will ship via Economy ONLY!

*If your order's tracking number shows it was DELIVERED by USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS, and it is not at your house, in your mailbox, etc., please allow 1-3 days before contacting us! Sometimes, tracking will show it was delivered and your package shows up the next day. We understand this is an inconvenience and apologize. However, it is completely out of our hands once the package is in transit and has left our store. If you still have not received your package 3 days after it shows delivered, please contact us.*

1. USPS/FedEx/UPS *SALE* Ground Shipping - (does NOT include insurance!) | $8.00

  • This method does NOT include insurance on your package! Once your package has been picked up from our store in Greenville, NC and is in possession of USPS/FedEx/UPS, we are no longer responsible for delays or loss during transit. We are unable to help with processing any insurance claims and by choosing this method of shipping, you acknowledge that you’re aware of this information.
  • Orders will be shipped via the cheapest shipping option available, and it is your responsibility to file any claims with USPS/FedEx/UPS if packages are lost, damaged or do not arrive to their destination (even if packages are scanned as delivered by USPS/FedEx/UPS).
  • We can NOT issue refunds/store credit(s) immediately for lost, damaged, or ‘undelivered’ packages until an investigation has been completed with the postal carrier.

 2. USPS/FedEx/UPS *SALE* Ground Shipping - (DOES include insurance!) | $12.00

  • This method DOES include insurance on your package! Once your package has been picked up from our store in Greenville, NC and is in possession of USPS/FedEx/UPS, we will assist in filing a claim if your package is lost during transit or does not reach its destination (the address you provided as ‘shipping address’) at checkout.
  • If your package has been scanned as “delivered” and you have not received it within 3-7 business days, we will help you file a claim and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible with the postal carrier.
  • We can NOT issue refunds/store credit(s) immediately for lost, damaged, or ‘undelivered’ packages until an investigation has been completed with the postal carrier.

Returns/Exchanges (for online orders):

We hope you love your recent purchase and we want you to be happy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we do offer the following options: 

  • FULL PRICE ONLINE ORDERS: are eligible for a return/exchange within 14 days of you receiving your order and must be done at your own expense. If you purchase an item on our website (www.pinkgreenville.com) and it does not work, we credit your original form of payment. If you received any gift with purchase(s), you must return those gifts with the items you are sending back (without the GWP's, we will be unable to process your return). We strongly recommend purchasing insurance on your return package as we will not be responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, free of any scents or smells, stains, rips, tears, etc. In addition, tags must be attached and in the original packaging. 
  • Please include your receipt and/or a note with your contact information. You may ship your return to:

Returns/Exchanges (for in-store purchases):

  • FULL PRICE purchases made in our brick and mortar location in Greenville, NC are eligible for a store credit/exchange within 14 days of your purchase date. For purchases made in our store, we do not offer refunds to your original form of payment for any reason. Any gifts with purchases given must be returned with your order or we will be unable to process your return. 
  • ALL SALE ORDERS/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR ANY REASON! IN ADDITION, WE CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS AFTER YOUR ONLINE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENTERED THE CORRECT INFORMATION AT CHECKOUT.

We really appreciate your understanding and patience throughout the return process. As a locally owned and operated business, we simply cannot adhere to a larger return policy as we carry a limited stock.
